How do I return an item?

To help minimize the need for a return on a product, it is highly recommended that you first purchase a sample size of the product you are interested in and create a sample. Therefore you are certain the product you are ordering and the finish you are trying to create is what you expect, before ordering your product in larger quantities. Also, we at Metallic Mart (owned by Perfetto Finishes, Inc.) are more than happy to answer any questions you may have regarding products before and/or after your purchase. We strive to make the best product we can and offer all the assistance we can to make your relationship with us a great one.

However, we realize a return may need to be made for various reasons, so please note our Policy for returning product.

 RETURN POLICY

 No Returns on 5 Gallon pail orders as these are considered "custom" orders.

Returns require prior authorization. Please call #320-563-1426 or email us at orders@perfettopaints.com.

All returned merchandise must be unopened and in its original condition.
