It will crackle many products outside the Perfetto line of products, such as many latex paints. Crackle Size should be applied first on a primed substrate and then one of the Perfetto crackle plasters should be applied over the top. The Crackle Size may also be thinned with water and placed on more as a wash, which will provide for smaller cracks.   Once Crackle Size is applied, it is suggested to wait 4-12 hours before applying any product over the top.
